Dicky has been assisting a broad portfolio of organizations from business corporations, government departments, educational institutions, professional associations to non-profits in management consulting and training projects.
Being visionary and global minded, Dicky is able to inspire clients to formulate their vision and strategic plans, and coach them to realize their desired goals. He is also a pioneer in introducing the world acclaimed Malcolm Baldrige Model of Performance Excellence to local corporations to assess and enhance their management systems.
Dicky is a veteran consultant in driving organization transformation, through nurturing internal change agents, mass communication and cultural change programs.
On the training side, Dicky is a systematic and vibrant trainer. With his direct and humorous style, he can facilitate participants to learn and absorb ideas structurally. Blended with interactive activities, games, and real-life examples, his training sessions are both informative and enjoyable.
He is the co-author of the book on Change Management - 《變革現生機》, 2000, published by Ming Pao Publications Ltd., and co-author of the process improvement self-learning kit - 《流程改善自學教材套》, 2001, published by Hong Kong Council of Social Service.
Dicky was the President of Institute of Industrial Engineers (Hong Kong), 2007-08; the Honorary Director of Institute of Industrial Engineers (Hong Kong), 2007-2012; and the Former Honorable Advisor of Caritas Family Crisis Support Centre. He holds an MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a BSc(Eng) from the Hong Kong University.
